Salad is a dish of raw leafy green vegetables, often tossed with pieces of other raw or cooked vegetables, fruit, meat, cheese, and served with a dressing. Generally, we use crispy vegetables to make our salad. The following salad will be served Seaprime crab meat, which is rich in long-chain omega-3 fatty acids, selenium, riboflavin, copper, and phosphorus. Instructions
  1. Mix all the fresh vegetables, sprinkle with salt and rub in the lemon juice. Let stand until the vegetables are wilted.
  2. Sprinkle with olive oil and black pepper, mix thoroughly and let sit for 1 hour.
  3. Add Seaprime crab meat and parsley, mix thoroughly.
  4. On a serving plate, place the lettuce leaves and pour the crab salad on top.
  5. Serve immediately as an appetizer.
