Ingredients
- 3 pieces tomato seeded and diced
- 1 red onion diced
- 3 gloves garlic diced
- 1 cup Seaprime crab meat
- 1/2 tsp dry basil
- 1/2 tsp dried oregano
- 1 pinch salt sufficiently
- 1 pinch black pepper sufficiently
- 1 French baguette
- 250 gram cheddar

Instructions
- In a small bowl combine the crab, tomato, onion, garlic, basil, oregano, salt and pepper. Mix well, cover and chill.
- Preheat oven to 180 degrees C.
- Cut the French baguette into 12 diagonal slices. Arrange bread in a baking tray and bake in the oven for 5 minutes or until golden. Reduce oven temperature to 120 degrees C.
- Spoon a mixture of crabs and tomatoes to taste into a slice of toast. Cover with cheddar slices.
- Place the bread tray back into the oven until the cheese melts slightly and flows over the tomato; Approximately 2 minutes. Serve immediately.
